Unlike traditional watchmakers, Steel Reef focuses exclusively on accessories. We believe that a great watch can become extraordinary with the right upgrade. Our flagship On The Fly extension links allow tool‑free micro‑adjustment, giving wearers instant comfort and flexibility. We also design precision bezel inserts that add colour and functionality to watches like the Tudor Black  Bay 41 mm GMT, Tudor Black Bay 58 & 58 GMT. For collectors seeking a balanced bracelet, we manufacture half links that correct the asymmetry of standard bracelets, and we offer OEM‑grade replacement links to maintain the original look of Rolex bracelets.

Our accessories are engineered to match or exceed the material quality, finish and tolerances of the world’s most prestigious watch brands. We work independently of those brands (Steel Reef is not affiliated with Rolex, Tudor or others), but our components are designed for seamless compatibility and easy, reversible installation. In essence, we make the parts your watch didn’t come with—letting you personalise, upgrade and perfect the fit without altering the heart of the watch itself.
