What to do if your item is faulty, damaged or the wrong one.

- We deeply regret when something isn’t right — and we’ll always work to make it right quickly and fairly.
- We offer replacements as the first course of action, as part of our customer-first approach.
- For faulty or defective items, there’s no need to return them. Simply send us clear photos or a brief video showing the issue. Once received, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
- If you’ve received the wrong item, again, no need to send it back. We’ll dispatch the correct product at no cost to you.
For international customers, replacement parcels are marked with no commercial value to help you avoid repeat customs duties.
