What to do if your item is faulty, damaged or the wrong one.

  • We deeply regret when something isn’t right — and we’ll always work to make it right quickly and fairly.
    • We offer replacements as the first course of action, as part of our customer-first approach.
    • For faulty or defective items, there’s no need to return them. Simply send us clear photos or a brief video showing the issue. Once received, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
    • If you’ve received the wrong item, again, no need to send it back. We’ll dispatch the correct product at no cost to you.
    • For international customers, replacement parcels are marked with no commercial value to help you avoid repeat customs duties.
