Conditions under which refunds are issued.

- We want every customer to be satisfied, and we process refunds under the following conditions:
- Faulty or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Returns that were pre-authorized and arrive back to us in unused and unopened condition within 14 days of delivery
Please note:
- SwiftLink and other pre-order items are strictly non-refundable. As stated at checkout, funds from these orders are immediately allocated toward production — including raw materials, machining, and tooling — and cannot be reversed.
- Refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days, though this can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Import duties are non-refundable. If you believe you were incorrectly charged or wish to contest the amount, we recommend contacting your local customs authority directly.
