Where to find your tracking link and what to do if it hasn't arrived.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DPD tracking link.

    If you haven’t received tracking details yet:

    • First, check your spam or promotions folder — emails sometimes land there by mistake.
    • If it’s still not there, simply reply to your original order confirmation or message us directly.
    • We’ll then manually retrieve your tracking number from our DPD system and send it over promptly.
