Changing Your Order

When you need to make updates to your finish, shipping address, or product, here's what to do.

- We recognize that preferences or circumstances may change. If you require adjustments to your order, such as the bracelet finish, delivery address, or model type, please refer to the following:
- Pre-order items, such as SwiftLink or Quick Release End Links, can be updated at any time prior to dispatch. Simply reach out to us, and we will handle the modification.
- For in-stock items, we are pleased to accommodate updates as long as the item has not yet shipped. Please send us an email with your order number and the required adjustment.
- If your item has already shipped, it will not be possible to alter it. However, upon receipt, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our policy.
To request a change, simply respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at customerinquiries@steel-reef.com.
