Steel Reef’s policy on cancellations and request handling.

  • We endeavor to accommodate cancellation requests when feasible; however, due to the intricacies of our production and dispatch process, not all orders can be cancelled once they have been placed.
    • Cancellations are not guaranteed—once an order is confirmed, it becomes part of our fulfillment system. If it has already been shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.
    • If your order has already been shipped, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Pre-orders (such as SwiftLink, Quick Release End Links, or other made-to-order items) are strictly non-refundable. These orders are directly allocated to production, and the funds are utilized for manufacturing and materials tailored to specific demand.
